Research On Standardize In Financial Management For Private Enterprise In Xinjiang

In recent years, with the deepening of the reform and opening, and the implement of big open up policy of western part of our country ,A lot of private enterprise established in Xinjiang .Among those have certain quantity of uyghur enterprise .these enterprises are primarily related to national culture such as foodstuff manufacture, pharmaceutical factory, real estate company, hotel, restaurant, other kind of service industry ,and international trade company that are based on 5 central Asia countries.The development of modern economy proves that private enterprises are indispensable part of social economy lives. The contribution of private enterprises to national economy is increasing gradually. Today private enterprises have become one of the significant sections in supporting the growth of the economy, enhancing employment and sustaining social stability and have demonstrated an increasing prominence in its role and states along with the adjustment of state-owned economy.The private enterprises have encountered an important opportunity of development endowed by the"Decision on The Issues Concerning to Improvement of Socialist Market Economy"enacted in the third Plenary session of the 16 national congress of CPC, however ,according to relevant survey. The Uyghur enterprises in Xinjiang have only an average lifespan of 3-4 years. What should be held accountable for the early or stunt growth of these enterprises in their early stages. Among various reasons, the main one is that the financial management falls short of the need of the development of the enterprises.As is known to all, financial management is the core of enterprise management, in a sense, whether does the financial management well or not have direct influence on the existence of the enterprise .these enterprises have realizing gradually the importance and necessity of financial management, but under the circumstance of special economic form and the way of growth, their financial management is within an abnormal state. So the Uyghur enterprise's financial management not only consider the determination of common enterprise's financial aim, analysis of financial environment, choice of method of financial management, but also carefully investigate and analysis combine the special position that they form in their development .This paper analysis the present conditions and problems of financial management of Uyghur enterprise in Xinjiang through investigation and experiences of part-time job in an Uyghur enterprise, and found the factors that affect the standardize of financial management, then offer the measures that how to improve the level of financial management of Uyghur enterprise and raise their ability to stable development.
