To promote the trade growth, studying and seeking the suitable foreign trade growth pattern has become an important topic. Transform the pattern of foreign trade growth, in essence, is to seek a reasonable growth path and operation mechanism of foreign trade, promptly is the dynamic comparative advantage of the continued access and the sustainable growth of trade interests.Since the 1980's,with the central idea of economic efficiency, the transition of foreign trade growth pattern started, and throughout the entire course of reform and opening-up. Secondly, by Current Situation analysis and empirical analysis of Ningbo's foreign trade, this article reveals Stage of development of a foreign trade growth. Then pointed out e the necessity about the changing of Ningbo's Foreign Trade growth pattern and the constraints. Finally, according to empirical results in combination with the fact, with the current situation of Ningbo's foreign trade growth, from all angles, puts forward the countermeasures and proposals of the Ningbo's foreign trade growth pattern.
