| In the modern world, with the rapid economic development and fierce market competition, independent innovation has become the core competence of a country. It's very necessary for the enterprises of China to strengthen the ability of independent innovation in order to compete with the other rivals in the global market. Therefore, dramatically developing new and high technology industries takes importance in our strategy of economy development.As the high-tech enterprises, R&D activity is critical, because it's the only way to realize technology innovation. However, there exist some problems on management of R&D procedure in most of our enterprises, which hinder their continuous innovation ability. Therefore, we must study the method of R&D process management, establish the system of performance measurement and even apply information tech to guide and supervise the innovative activities.On the basis of the theories about technology innovation and project management, this dissertation aims at studying the R&D procedure management method for hi-tech enterprises take for reference. It contains establishing management system, process and performance measurement, furthermore, it also introduces a new developed R&D Management System, which could help the enterprise manage R&D procedure much more effectively in practical application. |
