Research On The Selection And Evaluation Of Coal Enterprise Supplier Under The Supply Chain Environment

With the advent of global economic and market competition intensifies, coal enterprises have formed the big groups through merger and reorganization to improve their participation in international competition. But with the increasing social demand for coal, coal enterprises need more and more materials for production, plus coal enterprise materials of various kinds, how to select effectively materials suppliers will directly affect the overall coal enterprise profit maximization and competitive advantage.In recent years, coal enterprises have formed huge groups through merger and reorganization to improve their participation in international competition. But along with the social demand for coal, production materials of coal enterprise needed is rising year by year. Plus the coal enterprise materials of various kinds, how to select effectively of material supplier will directly affect the overall coal enterprise profit maximization and competitive advantage. So choosing appropriate supplier becomes an important component of development strategy of coal enterprises.This paper firstly analyzes the supplier the study on the selection index on domestic and overseas and introduces supply chain and supply chain management,supplier management, the relationship between suppliers and so on. Then combined with the characteristics of coal enterprise materials, this analyzes the existing problems of supplier selection and evaluation. Based the importance of the materials, this studies the classification of coal enterprise suppliers and selection category for suppliers under the existing of internal supply market .Then based on supply chain under the environment of coal enterprises ,supplier evaluation index including the selection of evaluation methods and evaluation index of the building are studied. Evaluation index includes quality, cost, service, the ability of vendor's cooperation, supplier status in five aspects. In comparison with the advantages and disadvantages of various supplier evaluation models, this chooses the method of combining with AHP method and the TOPSIS method to evaluate suppliers. Finally, this paper has an empirical analysis on the suppliers status of Zaozhuang coal group.
