Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Credit System In Railway Project Operating Enterprises

The evaluation of credit system of railway project operating enterprise is veryimportant for enhancing level of credit system construction for railway projectoperating enterprise, promoting railway project operating enterprise developssmoothly, and improving comprehensive competitive power of it. Owing to kinds ofeffect factors, credit system of railway project operating enterprise hardly wasevaluated before, or done without systemic indicators, and the evaluation methodswere also scarce of scientificity and applicability. This dissertation has confirmedevaluation index system and formulated the evaluation model of credit system ofrailway project operating enterprise, therefore, it improves the evaluation andapproaches of credit system for railwayproject operating enterprise.Firstly, according to the characteristics of the credit system for railway projectoperating enterprise, the principles of index system setup, the general evaluationindex system of residential building energy saving is proposed, and based on thefuzzy preference relation method, the more efficient indicators are selected so as tothe evaluation index sytem of credit of railway project operating enterprise isconfirmed. Then, according to the characteristics of railway project operatingenterprise, the dissertation deduces the evaluation model for indicators'weight byAHP approach, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach to formulatesingle factor fuzzy evaluation model and multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model. Still, on the basis of above, a case study on railway projectoperating enterprise of A railway project operating enterprise is applied to illustratethe application of the evaluation medel, and the results have shown the model canhelp decision makers know about the microcosmic side and counterpart of thesituation of railway project operating enterprise, so as to make decision morescientifically, and find the schemes to solve the problems concerning credit ofrailway project operating enterprise. Finally, the paper systematically explains theapplication value and condition of the evaluation model of credit system for railwayproject operating enterprise, and the future studyis also proposed.
