Research On Scheme Selection Of Construction Project

Scheme selection is the foundation for realizing aim, adding invest income, and reducing the risk of the finance, is also the key step for decision making. Scheme selection method of the past is based on the judgement of the experts, which is lack of scientificity and applicability, and selection procedure is needed to be optimized. On the basis of theory and method of the scheme selection of the project, selection model and procedure of the schemes is constructed in the dissertation. Firstly, the role of the the scheme selection is elaborated, so do the task and content of it, also, the general method and procedure of which are analyzed, and the theory of systematic engineering, sustainable development, and comprehensive evaluation. On the basis of which, IOWA and C-IOWA operators are analyzed, and C-IOWA operator is introduced into the procedure of the scheme selection, and the scheme selection model is constructed, the procedure of it is also proposed. Case study on the selection of design scheme is made, based on the model and the procedure, the best scheme(s) is (are) selected, so the model and the procedure of which are scientific and applicable, Finally, the dissertation is summarized, shortage of which is also presented, and the future study is also proposed...
