The Research On Material Missing Issue Of Casio Headset's Assembly Process

Abstract: According to the analysis to Casio project headset's material missing defect which happened in manufacture process. We studied the process gap between each department during manufacture processing. And highlight the comment which combined 5 point management and lot management idea together to fix the material missing defect. And intrerduced how to proceed 5 point control in headset final assembly process.and how to use the lot management to reinforce the KanBan system control ,production planning and material management in manufacture processing.And how to use the lean manufacture idea to pull in the whole production process smoothly. Especially in five point management and lot management application in assembly process. At the same time, the paper also do the analysis on system's feasibility,Using the Invest-effective idea to study the project's investment and result,to provide the reference to project investment. In the mean time, the paper also studied the risk maintenance in the process.and provided the some risk preventive action.Lean Manufacture process has been instructed to enterprise widely. As fas as 5 point management and lot management concerned, they are some requirement in theory.
