For manufacturing enterprises, how to reduce operating costs and to cultivate their corecompetitive advantages, the most important way is to manage effectively, priority is theproduction planning and management, the rationality of the production plan is to optimizeresources configuration, with the lowest possible cost, the fastest response speedmanufacturing personalized products. At the same time, the production planning in the coreposition in the enterprise production and operation.Today, under the increasingly competitive situation, procurement management is at a critical position when the company making the survive in the competitive environment, and procurement management depends on order management, vendor selection and other aspects.This thesis mainly divided into the following three main parts.First of all, the order process for consolidation of the company. By investigating thepresent production process, review and summarize the current situation of productionprocesses G Company. Based on the company’s various processes and the examination andapproval system, discovering the production process of blocking point through the analysis ofthe process block point. It is concluded that the current problems existing in company.Then, based on G’s order management processes that exist in the material are not standardized, accurate, which are low input and low efficiency. Procurement of materials for the process of the calculation is carried out to establish the norms. According to G companies sourcing raw materials is calculated, the calculation of its procurement of materials is going to regulate and apply to the procurement of materials management system. The framework of the system design worked out through the system of VB+ACCESS implementation.Finally, by sending questionnaires to the managers of the department to set up the criticalof the evaluation index, and based on the experience of the production buyer to set up thesupplier evaluation index. Through collecting the data and processing index by using RBFneural network model, the analytic model to evaluate the absolute error of range between(0.0222,0.0755),and that error is small means the model of supplier evaluation is available.
