The full liberalization of the domestic banking sector and the attendant change in the market stimulated the domestic banking sector exposure to sudden market competition, domestic banks fuzzy property rights inherent in long-term, asset impersonal, difficult to separate ownership and management rights of the situation is far from being improved, "the principal Absence" was a result of low efficiency and internal supervision and control problem, "agent" caused by the absence of enterprising spirit and innovation insufficient attenuation and the "absence of incentives," the return result of structural improvements and sustained and healthy economic development imperative. Thus, the bank executives'huge salaries have become a serious problem.This thesis attempts to study the pay incentive system to identify changes in bank executive pay and bank performance link between what has to reveal the current executives of listed commercial banks Salary deficiencies and propose policy recommendations to improve. Therefore, this article's topic has both the theoretical and practical significance of the dual.The thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is Introduction, introduces the research background and significance of this research purpose, related research at home and abroa, research methods, content and innovation of this paper and deficiencies. The second chapter describes the theory of incentive system of salary base, including corporate governance theory, principal agent theory, managers and the role of human capital theory, the equity incentive theory, labor market theory, performance evaluation and the hierarchy of needs theory, pave the way for further study of the formation. Chapters III and IV are the core of this article. The third chapter is devoted to domestic commercial banks listed on executive pay incentives influencing factors, including commercial banks, the special pay incentives, domestic and foreign commercial banks, the status of executive compensation incentive system, and listed commercial bank executive compensation incentive system of factors analysis. Empirical research part of the fourth chapter, by using multiple linear regression model to analyze the domestic listing of commercial banks and bank executives pay the correlation between performance and recommend a listing of commercial banks consistent with a more reasonable salary system. The end of the fifth section of this chapter includes the conclusions, policy recommendations and further research.
