Labor relation is a general concern for aeademic and business circles both in China and abroad. Social partnership are used to be a new concept of labor relations in the 21st century, partnership with the new ethical standards promote to build long-term relationship of trust among stakeholders, emphasis cooperation between employers and employees, by developing a new workplace management, thereby establishing a high-performance work system.So how to effectively build a new social partnership under the socialist market economy, to establish labor-management partnership has become an important practical issues.At present, Research on social partnership include reasons of social partnership, facts of partnership in labor relationship, and the outputs of partnership and so on. These researches are most theory studies, focuse mainly on partnership at the impact of enterprise performance,In the literature, the research about the influence of social partnership on enterprise performance is very rare. The research about the influence have two different points.This article focus on social partnership and enterprise performance, discuss the relationship mechanism of social partnership and enterprise performance. Firstly, summarize and organize the content what involves social partnership and it influence enterprise performance in literature reviews, and give some hypothesis. Secondly, accroding to existing research, design the questionnaire, and do the survey. Then, discuss the status of social partnership and it's influence on enterprise performance through some statistical methods.The results show that: (1) The questionnaire of social partnership can be apply to our business, and this variable can be divided into two dimensions: partnership principles and partnership practices, and still can be divided into partnership principles, information sharing, job development, worker participation, fair financial rewards (2) The current level of social partnership is on the middle-level, and partnership principles are slightly higher than partnership practices.(3) information sharing, job development and enterprise performance are significantly related, worker participation are partial, while financial rewards , partnership principles is not.
