Since the new century, the social environment issues have been highlighted day by day, and these problems presented many new challenges to the operation management ideas and behaviors of commercial banks. The conception of Environmental Protection, Social Responsibility and Green Credit are concerned by commercial banks increasingly. The equator principles (EPs) as the international prevailing voluntary standards of commercial Banks'undertaking of Social Responsibility and concerning on Environmental Protection have been accepted by 69 transnational financial institutions. But the total amount of transnational financial institutions'project financing accounts for 85% of global project financing. As one of the top 10 global financial brands, China Construction Bank (CCB) has not become an Equator Bank until now thought it implements the national green credit policy positively as well and launchs exploratory research about joining EPs.This research's main objects are CCB in the region of Fuzhou. This research uses questionnaire to collect data. The research uses mathematical statistical analysis method to discover the differences about the equator principle approval of CCB's staff in Fuzhou area, which provide the reference for the Fuzhou CCB to implement equator principles.The questionnaire is designed according to the 10 principles of equator principle. The questionnaire includes two parts: the first part is demographic features of investigation objects. The second part is approval question about the equator principle. This research uses Likert five scale to weight the degree of approve. 1 represents not approve extremely, 2 represents not approve, 3 represents neutral manner, 4 represents approval, 5 represents highly approval. The research uses the descriptive statistics analytic method, the single factor variance analytic method and the multiple comparison analytic methods to analysis the data. Firstly, the research uses the dates of CCB to carry on the different analysis according to demographic features. Secondly, the research carries on the contrastive analysis to the data of CCB and the data of CIB. The research goal is to find out the Fuzhou CCB staff's internal differences and the difference between CCB staff and CIB staff.Through the analysis of the collected data, different degrees of recognition about the Equator Principles existing amount the staff of Fuzhou CCB with different population characteristics. But the problems with different degrees of recognition are different amount different population characteristics, and the problems are much more than other population characteristics except work experience and position. In addition, the recognition degree of EPs about the staff of Fuzhou CCB is lower than that of CIB.
