Since the new century, the social environment issues have been highlighted day byday, and these problems presented many new challenges to the operation managementideas and behaviors of commercial banks. The conception of Environmental Protection,Social Responsibility and Green Credit are concerned by commercial banks increasingly.The equator principles (EPs) as the international prevailing voluntary standards ofcommercial Banks’ undertaking of Social Responsibility and concerning onEnvironmental Protection have been accepted by69transnational financial institutions.But the total amount of transnational financial institutions’ project financing accountsfor85%of global project financing. As one of the top10global financial brands, ChinaConstruction Bank (CCB) has not become an Equator Bank until now thought itimplements the national green credit policy positively as well and launchs exploratoryresearch about joining EPs.This research’s main objects are CCB in the region of Fuzhou. This research usesquestionnaire to collect data. The research uses mathematical statistical analysis methodto discover the differences about the equator principle approval of CCB’s staff inFuzhou area, which provide the reference for the Fuzhou CCB to implement equatorprinciples.The questionnaire is designed according to the10principles of equator principle.The questionnaire includes two parts: the first part is demographic features ofinvestigation objects. The second part is approval question about the equator principle.This research uses Likert five scale to weight the degree of approve.1represents notapprove extremely,2represents not approve,3represents neutral manner,4representsapproval,5represents highly approval. The research uses the descriptive statisticsanalytic method, the single factor variance analytic method and the multiple comparisonanalytic methods to analysis the data. Firstly, the research uses the dates of CCB tocarry on the different analysis according to demographic features. Secondly, theresearch carries on the contrastive analysis to the data of CCB and the data of CIB. Theresearch goal is to find out the Fuzhou CCB staff’s internal differences and thedifference between CCB staff and CIB staff.Through the analysis of the collected data, different degrees of recognition aboutthe Equator Principles existing amount the staff of Fuzhou CCB with different population characteristics. But the problems with different degrees of recognition aredifferent amount different population characteristics, and the problems are much morethan other population characteristics except work experience and position. In addition,the recognition degree of EPs about the staff of Fuzhou CCB is lower than that of CIB.
