Studies On The Environment Bearing Capactity Appraisal Indicator System The Tourist Scenic Zone-Take The Mount Everest And Jokhang Monastery Scenic Zone As Example

The unique natural and humanistic landscapes in Tibet attract many tourists.But the ecological environment is fragile and scenic environmental bearing capacityis relatively limited and thus requires study. Systematically quantitative research onthe tourist environmental bearing capacity will play a certain role in the evaluationmethodology and the indicator system. And also tourist environmental bearingcapacity environment is important to tourism sustainable development indicators; thestudy will have a very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper starts with the literature review of domestic and foreign researcheson the tourist environmental bearing capacity. In the current theory basis, combiningwith Mount Everest scenic spot and the Jokhang's actual conditions, two evaluationsystems for the tourist environment bearing capacity are constructed. Everest naturereserve recreational area tourist environmental bearing capacity evaluation indexsystem includes 4 large weight of 26 evaluation index: tourist ecologicalenvironment, containing tourism resources space, tourism psychologicalenvironment and tourism economic environment capacity. Lhasa Jokhang scenictourist environmental bearing capacity evaluation index system contains 3 largescales of 26 evaluation index: natural environmental bearing capacity, socialenvironmental bearing capacity, and economic environmental bearing capacity.Secondly, we matrix and test consistency, determine the weight and build acomprehensive evaluation model of scenic tourist environmental bearing capacitythrough analytic hierarchy process method (AHPM) .According to the scenic spotfeatures, tourist environmental bearing capacity rating criteria of Everest andJokhang scenic spots are respectively built. Based on the above mentioned twoscenic tourist environmental bearing capacity of comprehensive evaluation andanalysis, the results showed that Everest scenic spot tourist environmental bearingcapacity development and utilization is moderate, tourism ecological environmentand social culture environment is not interfered, and has large development space fortourism activities; Jokhang scenic spot, is at the basically optimal load stage and alsohas development space for tourism activities.Finally, measures for environmental bearing capacity improvement of these twoscenic spots are put forward.
