Research On The Application Of Delicacy Management In Shengli Oil Production Research Institute

The successful use of Nodes Management System in Chunliang Oil Production Plant has brought an opportunity to actively carry out this new management mode.The institute researchs and produces the Nodes management system with its own characteristics,it devides into three large systems and specifically 12-node system.It truly integrates production, safety, contract, cost, material supply, production supervision and public security into an organic whole. Currently, the institute is exploring the usage of hospital nodes management system and progressively refining to improve it, to meet the developing ideas for the oil companies, and also provide useful reference for all units of domestic oil companies.
