| This article focuses on promoting the objecting,refinement and personalization of young talent cultivation,and flexibly uses the theory of human resource development,management and other methods to analyze the general rules and the key factors of young talents in scientific research unit.Combined with the actual situation in the geological scientific institute,the basic characteristics of the young talents are analyzed,and the general law of their growth is summed up.With the law,a full three-dimensional objecting young scientific talents’ training system is established,and the training practice is carried out deeply.Horizontally,the training intervals of the young talents are divided into three periods named "run in period--top-notch period--contribution period",and different cultivation measures are formulated for the youth people in different intervals based on their individual characteristics.The system of youth career navigation information system is established,and also the training methods including thinking navigation,professional navigation and career navigation are built.Transversely,through 360 degree evaluation method,the young talents are divided into three groups named "elite group – excellent group – general group",and then a classified target training mode including "leader type--innovative type--efficient type" category is proposed.Furthermore,with the management by objective value information system of Shengli oilfield youth league,we proposed the "leader in" youth top-notch talent,"innovative" youth compound talents and "efficiency" youth professional talents training method,which provides theoretical support and methodological guidance for promoting the deep development and utilization of young talents’ training in geological scientific research institute and even in all the Scientific research units of Shengli oilfield.. |
