Study On The Improvement Of Cost Management In Drilling Company Of Shengli Oilfield

U.S. crude oil futures prices went back above 100 dollars, driven by the price of crude oil exploration and development's demand is most likely in substantial increase.Drilling services as an important part of exploration and development, drilling market competition will become more and more intense. Raising the R&D level of drilling is non-short-term effectiveness, it's long to applicate the technology.Therefore, drilling companies have to go low-cost strategy under fierce competition.In order to reduce the cost of drilling, it is necessary for drilling companies to develop cost management in the new period,study the cost of management and improve it.Integrating the theory of cost management,such as the model of a single well, operating cost management,target cost management and cost node management,I made an innovation in my thesis.Also,in the implementation of the application,I concern about the actual conduct of the drilling,activity driver analysis,the cost node model,and responsibility center. The thesis has certain significance both in theoretical research and practical application for domestic drilling companies to achieve strategic objectives and sustainable development.In the course of specific research,I combined theory with practice.As to the specific,both standard research methods and chart analysis are used to set up new management model of cost management appropriated to Drilling Company of Shengli Oilfield (hereinafter referred to as drilling company).In this thesis, based on extensive reading and research on both the current situation survey and problems,I develop the cost management of drilling company targeted to the problems and discussed in detail about the implementation preparation and the steps.Main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1) The drilling industry has a certain particularity.Therefore cost management and control model of drilling costs is unique determined by the characteristics of its production and operation.It's essential to designe a model matched with the characteristics of the drilling industry cost management control.(2) the cost management of drilling company has current made some success, but there are still some problems in cost management,improvements are necessary to made as these problems. (3)Well point control mode is on the basis of single well cost management, cost node management,and it's a systematic method suitable for the current problems of drilling cost management, suitable for drilling companies to implement.Because the time is limited for this study,I can't understand the data deeply.This thesis majorly links in the procurement field but not in other drilling operations.Also I couldn't design a well point control mode for other operations.it's essential for scholars and drilling cost management workers to do more investigation and analysis and improve the well point management and control model in further.
