Research On Cost Management Of Drilling Engineering In Changqing Oilfield

Cost management is always the key issue for enterprise. Due to high investment, wide geographical operation region and high-risk of single well in petroleum well drilling, the level of well drilling cost management is vital to the profit of well drilling companies and also be able to affect the oil and gas production costs. Taking vantage ground in fierce business competition and realizing low cost strategy and sustainable development are problems demanding prompt solution for well drilling companies. Thus, this research is of great importance to cost management of drilling operation.Based on project cost management and oil and gas well drilling theories, in order to improve the well drilling cost management and supply suggestions for profit, this work analyzed the drawbacks of well drilling cost management of Changqing oil field, and then put forward the cost optimizing principles, improved design scheme and implementation of security measures.There are 6 chapters included in this thesis. The first chapter is introduction, stating the goal and significance of this research work, state of the art inside and outside, research technique, contents and novelties; secondly, well drilling cost management theories, encompassing the meaning and configuration of project cost, features of management, operation composition of drilling and cost management procedure, aims to figure out the factors influencing on the well drilling cost; for the third chapter, cost management current situation and drawbacks of well drilling project of Changqing oil field, which mainly introduces production management overview, well drilling cost management mode, organizations and regulations, described the running situation of regulations and the existed problems; the next chapter is on the well drilling cost management project optimal design of Changqing oil field, discussing the optimizing principles and then raising the retrofit scenarios from management, cost prediction procedure and method, cost budget, cost comparison analysis and cost assessment and stimulation; Chapter 5 is Chang Qing drilling engineering based on the case analysis of project cost management;Chapter 6 is the implementation of security measures for well drilling cost management optimal design of Changqing oil field; finally the research is concluded in Chapter 7.
