Research On Service Capability Evaluation System Of Third Party Logistics Enterprise

Service capability of TPL enterprise is the comprehensive index reflecting the business status and service level of TPL enterprise, deeply studying service capability evaluation system of TPL enterprise and summarizing a set of methods of evaluating the service capability of TPL enterprise will play a significant role in fully taping their own potential, improving the level of service and management , and will help enhance the competitiveness of TPL enterprise market. However, nowadays China is still short of a scientific service capability evaluation system of TPL enterprise, so it is difficult for us to measure the service capability of TPL enterprise. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a set of scientific, reasonable and maneuverable evaluation system to evaluate the service capability of TPL enterprise comprehensively.This paper researching on service capability evaluation system of TPL enterprise can be divided into three parts. First , it introduces the background and significance of the research , reviews and summarizes the concept of service capability, the current research status of impact factors and evaluation , and points out the the inadequacy of existing research, what's more, it illustrates the relative theory of service capability of TPL enterprise. Then basing on previous studies, interview and survey, we design ervice capability evaluation index system of TPL enterprise preliminarily from the perspective of cost control,quality management,rapid response,customer service,flexibility,information service and growth, and analyze the data obtained from survey using the statistics and analysis software , so we optimize the service capability evaluation index system of TPL enterprise designed before, what's else we describe the connotation of evaluation index. At last, through the questionnaire and data analysis, we apply the AHP and combination weighting method of entropy method to layout the weight of evaluation index system, so we construct the evaluation model of service capability of TPL enterprise and analyze the service capability of TPL enterprise empirically with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to verify the scientificness and practicability of evaluation model.The paper provides service capability evaluation system of TPL enterprise , we hope this can provide customets a certain decision-making during the TPL enterprise options, we also hope this can give some guidance for TPL enterprise's own promotion of service capability.
