Research On Quality Assurance System Under The Lean Production

With the continuous development of scientific technology, products'replacement and regeneration has become so soon, and at the same time, the customers express more needs about products'variety, so the market has become more competitive. In this situation, some old management idea and technology doesn't have strong competitive advantage any longer. If the enterprises want to create persistent competitive advantage in this changing situation, they have to study advanced management idea and method. Lean Production is the right management way of the most advanced and measurable in the area of the world business management. Compared with other management ways, It has apparent advantage, such as half employees, half working fields, in-process materials decrease by 90%, production delivery date shortens by 90%. Without any doubt, in current situation of low-carbon, environmental protection and green, establishing the Lean business by launching Lean Production is the best way for the enterprises. This paper elaborates the formulation of the quality of the production in the development and design stage and manufacturing stage from five aspects of quality management,that is involvement of people, whole course, technology, comprehension and organization. In the development and design stage, start the process from how to introduce the elements of quality assurance according to the process of product of planning, design, design review, and try to create. Considering full account of all aspects of the factors , which affect the quality by using QFD, FMEA, VSM, VE and other methods. Then taking continuous improvement by the design review, in order to ensure that the product is designed to meet customer maximize needs. In the manufacturing stage, make use of visual boards, automation, standard operation, TPM and other means and the proposal of the proposed system and QC team to ensure the quality of the product in manufacturing process. Product quality is improved through involvement of people, continuous improvement. Finally the elements of quality assurance of the stages of design and manufacturing is summarized, and come up the quality assurance system under the Lean Production. Base on it,We analyze the quality assurance system in accordance with the five principles of the Lean Thinking on whole .Also,we point that it is necessary to introduce the quality assurance system under the Lean Production for Chinese enterprises .
