The Research On Business Process Management Improvement Of The FSD Company

Since the 1980s of the 20th century, the world has entered the changing era full of high competition. And a series of changes that is rapid response and flexibility have put forward the ever-changing requirements to the business. In the 1990s, Hammer proposed the idea of business process reengineering. With the deepening of the theory and practice, process management is paid attention and applied by more and more companies. FSD Company has accumulated a lot of industry management experience, and has entered a period of rapid development after 17 years'development. At the same time, FSD Company is also in the critical period of transition. Particularly, a fundamental change has happened in its market environment in recent years. In response to the changing market environment, FSD Company has discussed their business model that is to develop its strategy. Under the guidance of the strategy, the question that the FSD Corporation has to consider is how to implement the strategy effectively, and in which manner to manage the operating companies. This paper concludes that process management is a very good manner to operate the company through introducing process management, and the balanced scorecard, and the organizational capacity triangle model. Then we analyzed the necessity of the supply chain management based on business process management. We constructed the process layout through the analysis of the value chain. Then we combed business process. In the process of appeared business processes, the defective parts are improved accordingly. Thus, we constructed primary business process system of FSD Company. Finally, to be implemented streamline operations management smoothly, not only to train the staff and propaganda management concept, but also adjust publicity organization structure, and constructing information support system, and improve the performance appraisal system. In China, Small and medium-sized enterprise have occupied on the majority, and the most enterprises are lack of the understanding and application of process management, so I choose the research in the management practice of FSD Company. This paper aims to establish a model for other companies and to provide a method of analyzing and solving problems and the ways of thinking, so that more and more companies will know and apply the business process management. And then the companies will enhance their competitiveness, and will develop healthily and rapidly if they do this.
