BPM Based On Factory Construction General Contract

Presently, general contract is not only the pursuit of survey and design enterprises, but also the best solution for growing, maturing and competing in an international stage for domestic design enterprises, which is a complex program with multi-participation. In the context of enterprises looking for IT supporting, this paper discusses the methods and practices on improving general contract management to integrate IT resources of each participants.Merits of general contract program management with multi-participation are discussed and the development IT is also covered. Business-process-centered program management is proposed based on case study, the business process warehouse is built which absorbs enterprise business processes that embodies enterprise rules and core competency to improve reusability and core competency of the enterprise. At last, a SOA method is discussed and taken into practice to integrate IT resources from each participants and fulfill collaborative management.Features of business process are discussed, d business process references are analyzed, based on which a hierarchical model of business process references is proposed. Then business process patterns are developed from researches mentioned above and work flow theories to summarize business process logic control patterns.This paper focuses on business process management (BPM). A comparison between BPM and traditional project management is summarized, and concludes and the merits of BPM on modern enterprise management. And a technological solution is covered which views BPM as a supporting tool for project management that includes automatic business process management and business process warehouse, modules of which are developed in project management system.Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is covered in this paper as a method to integrate IT resources from each participants for its plat-spanning and loose-coupled features to fulfill collaborative management. SOA publishes functions from different systems as sendces and request each service through agile message mechanism. A project management system for general contract is developed based on researches mentioned above, which is tested by running two ongoing general contract project, namely, Qingdao Lanshi Factory Building Project and Komatsu (Changzhou) Engineering Machine CO., LTD Integral Resettlement Project.
