The development of the auto industry is characterized by powerful parts industry backing. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in auto industry, many domestic auto makers began to seek more reasonable logistics distribution mode for parts- incoming to reduce logistics cost. With China's auto parts industry concentration constantly improve, the auto manufacturers can have different multiple vendors in different areas, which created favorable conditions for parts incoming logistics to carry out Milk-run. But in implementation, because the domestic automobile profession's characteristic had the aspect which the cost is very difficult to optimize, even how to maintain the Milk-run alliance the stability to become has developed this kind of allocation pattern bottleneck. This article, studied the Milk-run dividing modle, which allowing suppliers'parts to be distributed dismantlely based on Third-Party Logistics, from the question that appearing from currently the domestic the execution the Milk-run process.Firstly, this paper summarized the actuality of parts the inbound logistics of domestic and international, and analyzed the problems during the proceeding of domestic auto makers executed Milk– run. Aim at the above-mentioned problems, paper advanced one Milk-run model that allow suppliers parts taken away dividually based on 3PL theoretically on the analysis of the vehicle scheduling model and algorithm, and according to the characteristics of it, model was joined the supplier dynamic delivery time window conditions to establish path optimization model and designed an improved algorithm based on C-W algorithm. Meantime also analyzed benefit relations of each participant.Secondly, under the cost theory, this thesis analyzed the cost structure and the cost savings in this new mode and the improved algorithm. Mainly from the transportation cost and warehouse cost savings, this thesis compared the suppliers'traditional one-time sent straight pattern to the cost of JIT sent straight mode, to select a production cycle and establish the cycle run pattern corresponding executive Milk-run transportation cost saving model and inventory cost saving model.Thirdly, to put forward the two steps of the cost distribution to the optimization of the Milk-run mode based on the summarization of the mechanism of distribution and the method of the profit distribution at present, combining the characteristic of the Milk-run mode. Firstly, to distribute the total revenue with the Shapley-value mode, and then to make risk compensation based on the risk during the course.Finally, with the background of one 3PL carrying out parts Milk-run for one automobile factory, case study for Milk - run vehicle scheduling model and algorithm, cost saving model and cost savings income distribution model under Milk-run, which further verified the balance between suppliers'transportation cost reduction and automakers JIT parts demand with Milk-run pattern. The study provided ideas for the implementation and improvement of the Milk - run parts delivery project of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprise.
