Liquid milk,one kind of the dairy product among its various conclusion,has been dramatically developed into the most typical dairy product as its high value-added character.The industry chain is of liquid milk is a link of agricultural industry,secondary industry and the tertiary industry,which includes forage production,dairy cattle breeding,raw milk collection,raw milk manufacturing,logistics industry,sale,etc.It is a typical instance of the dynamic combination between social producing and natural producing;therefore,it requires close cooperation of each unit in industry chain.However,chain members' cooperation of industry chain vulnerably affects by external factors,which makes each unit counterproductive.In economics,the chain members are defined as"economic man",whose profit-seeking and risk-averse character leads more member's conflicts,carrying out a series of problems during liquid milk producing.Setting Hohhot," the dairy capital",as an example,the benefit distribution of each chain members of liquid milk industry is figured out by using cost-benefit analysis,other theories,and the data from local situation of liquid milk's industry chain.According to data analysis,the distribution results of dairy-breeding units,dairy manufacturing individual and the sale,are-11.9%-9%,27.4%and 35.3%-63.4%,which shows the ratio of NPC(net profit rate of cost)is 1:3:7.In addition,theoretically analyzing the causes of current structure of chain's benefit distribution,and then figuring out these existing problems which requires recommendation.
