This paper also attempt to bring"Activity Based Budgeting"into the budgeting, By constant analysis and reclamation of the Activity and Process, Then the value added ability of the company will be improved, Also, This paper propose to use Benchmarking method to evaluate Budget performance and it can decrease the Budgetary Slack. The establishment of the information system intergrated with Budget Management can strengthen the company's ability of coping with circumstance changes. Through systematical improvement of the Budget Management, This paper is researching and exploring the special mode for semiconductor industry, to turn static Budget Management into a dynamic one.Through the tentative research and discussion, this paper hopes to have a successful experience for the similar high-tech manufacture's Budget Management. |
