Research On Inventory Control Of Electromechanical Equipment And Spare Parts Under Scm Environment For Shendong Coal Group

SCM(supply chain management) is a new manage concept and mode which is valued by enterprises at home and abroad in recent years. Supply chain management emphasis on the chain enterprise form strategic alliances, shared interests and risks, by reducing the whole chain of assembly to achieve the optimal overall income and the cooperative enterprise of a win-win situation. Bringing supply chain management into the process of ShenDong coal group to eastablish large-scale coal enterprise, establish modern supply chain with Chinese characteristics, realize enterprise comprehensive management will help to promote China's coal industry economy scale and the core competitiveness.This paper optimize of electromechanical equipment delivery system of large-scale coal enterprise by using inventory control theory of SCM and distribution system theory, synthesizing system theory and modern optimization methods, combining with characters of electrical and mechanical equipment management in large-scale coal enterprise. Aiming at the large-scale influence on inventory and distribution of electrical and mechanical equipment, the method to reduce inventory cost and shorten distribution distance and time of electrical and mechanical equipment have been studied from the perspective of optimizing supply chain management. Studing the problem of reengineering inventory control process of Shendong Coal Group in SCM, such as control process analysis of mechanical and electrical equipment and spare parts inventory and process reengineer inventory control, quota management system of Shendong Coal Group and VMI design.All studies is of great significance to reduce transportationcost and inventory cost to a certain extent, improve ability to handle emergency, promote production ability and management level of coal enterprise.
