Research On Inventory Optimization Of Coal Enterprises Under Supply Chain Environment

The optimization management work of the inventory system is the import ant part of the supply logistics system in a coal enterprise. It balances the material purch asing and the production consumption, and it is linked to constancy of the coal enterpris e production. In the supply chain environment, the inventory level not only affects the i nventory cost of the coal enterprise, but also restricts the realization of the supply chain integration management which takes the enterprise as its core. Therefore, it has the great significance to study the inventory optimization of the coal enterprises.The research ideas of this paper:through the analysis of the inventory system op eration mode and characteristics of the coal enterprise, this paper summarizes the existing problems and proposes the optimization solutions:①reduce the uncertainty of the consumption demand;②ptimize the purchasing plan of the inventory material;③to select the suitable methods of the supply chain inventory management. The formulas which are qualitatively put forward to reduce the uncertainty of the demand are:unifyin g the materials numbers; making the standards of the materials consume quota; developing the materials recovery system.This paper makes an analysis focused on how to optimize the purchasing plan of th e inventory material, and puts forward two steps:①he analysis of the inventory control policy;②the analysis of the stock structure.Main contents are as follows:(1)Establish the inventory classification method of four stages based on ABC management. Both Classified warehouse, formation the concept of warehouse area, and introduced multiple index for the stock material classification, which help the system management more reasonable. It takes different control strategy according to different types of stock material. It focuses on the model and solution research of continuous (T, s, S)policy and (s, Q)policy.(2)The inventory Divided into the single inventory level and secondary inventory. In Single grade inventory structure, this paper respectively established two models, between inventory points with allocateandtransfermaterial and without. Comparative and analysis the two models, the one with allocateandtransfermaterial needs less replenishment quantity, takes up lower the inventory amount.at the same time about the key stock material, it can reduce inventory shortage, and develop service level, In secondary inventory structure, this paper studied purchase price exiting discount of number, set inventory cost for target function, established a joint order model, finally obtained the optimal order quantity in the least inventory cost;(3) The inventory optimization solutions are put forward by the research of the current state of the inventory systems of an coal enterprise and the analysis of its existing problems. Through the calculation, the optimization scheme can make the average turnover materials circulation increased by2.55, in addition the optimization scheme can reduce the purchase quantity, increase the efficiency of using the database is and income value. It shows that the scheme is feasible and effective by the case.
