Difference generated in the process of regional development is an inevitable phenomenon. Regional Differences of domestic and foreign scholars have always been a hot topic, but a source of economic growth of industrialization, is also the Regional Industrial Development in the root causes of regional economic differences, differences in regional economic problems will substantially change the regional industrial differences. Located in northwest China's Gansu Province, also faces the problem of regional industrial differences, but the difference between moderate regional industrial resources will help promote the efficient allocation and transfer of industrial space, but large differences in regional industry will weaken the inter-regional industrial division of labor and cooperation, but also a serious impact on economic development and social stability, so in-depth analysis of industry between Gansu Province and the cause of the variation, for the industry to explore the coordinated development of backward areas has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper summarizes results of previous studies, based on a per capita industrial output index, the per capita average growth index of industrial combination, Geoda, ARCGIS spatial statistical analysis software were used to study the 1995-2009 years, between Gansu Province and the changes in industrial law and on this basis put forward countermeasures to reduce the differences in regional industry. After studying this paper, the following conclusions:(1) 1995-2009 level of industrial development in Gansu Province, the global spatial autocorrelation shows significant positive correlation characteristics of the space, namely: level of industrial development similar (high or low on) of the region concentrated in space, the overall level of industrial development the present trend of expansion in the middle of the first increased and then reduced through further expansion of the change process.(2) Differences in Gansu Province of local spatial autocorrelation industry generally show a strong spatial dependence, and basically formed a regional industrial development of the two spatial aggregation centers. From the (high) spatial distribution of areas of structure, basic to Axel County, Yumen, Subei County, Dunhuang City, Sunan county, Jiayuguan, Jiuquan City-based industrial more developed regions, and the region industrial development within the narrowing gap between the trend; from the spatial distribution of regional structure, basically by the Linxia, Gannan, Gansu and, Dingxi some less developed areas such as industrial composition of the county and the province widening differences between developed areas .(3) From the three time sections (high and low on) the number of changes in regional comparative analysis, the (high) number of the region in general continues to decrease, region increased slightly. Where (high) number of the region's six from 1995 up to 2002 8, then dropped to 3 in 2009. (High) to reduce the number of the region shows the phase of industrial development in Gansu Province to the industrial foundation, high resource endowment, in an advantageous location in the area gathering, and the majority of less developed areas of industrial trend of marginalization; from (high and Low Low) Regional changes in perspective, 1995 (high) area generally located in the Aksai County, Yumen, Subei County, Jiayuguan and Jiuquan region, and Sunan counties. With the change of location factors, since 2002 Yumen out (high) area; to 2009 (high) range to further narrow the region, only distributed in Jiayuguan, Jinchang and other regions.(4) From the two periods (high) regional variation, not an administrative unit can remain in the two periods are at (high) area and (high) area of the conversion faster. From the (high) number of changes in regional terms, show a growth trend. 3 years from 1995-2002 increased to 5 years of 2002-2009, and the location has been moved to the trend of Hexi area. And the number of overall stability of the region the number of hours are 2 to 6, and continue to set their eyes on the location Linxia, Gannan, Longnan and other areas with lower levels of industrial development. Changes in spatial pattern of this growth, exacerbated by industrial development in Gansu Province differences every region.(5) Sections from the three time periods and two different industrial development in the overall comparison showed that the level of industrial development in Gansu Province in general, remained relatively stable situation, a time index of industrial output per capita growth (high) area often Index of per capita growth in the local industrial average occurred since the transition behavior of the relevant map.
