Study On Farmer Income And Enhance Measurement Of Shanxi Province

Matter of farmer especially enhance earnings was the key factor to solve all about "three agriculture" because earnings could put up the aid of agriculture work, the economic status and the agriculture policy. Shanxi province was an undeveloped agriculture area, so economic growth depended on the farmer earnings tightly.In this research, I fixed my eye on earnings of Shanxi farmer. Analyzed the rule of earnings change, tried to found the key conditionality of enhance earnings and got some measures to solve all the questions. I had some conclusions as follows:1. Areas imbalance development in Shanxi province was the peremptorily actuality, so that became the first and important step to enhance earnings. Some methods were considered availability, for example, increase the degree of poverty support, change the way of poverty support, developed the agriculture balance, bring all areas advantage into play, etc.2. Shanxi province agriculture development level was backward position of China, and far from average level, so reduced the difference to other area of china and enhance farmer earnings speeded were cried for Shanxi agriculture.3. Instability and incontinuity were characteristic of Shanxi agriculture development. To keep earnings increased stability and continuity were important and effective for agriculture development.4. Non-agriculture industry became the main momentum for shanxi farmer earnings, differently before that depended on the first industry. Supported agriculture industrialization, developed agriculture products processing and set up serve web were consider as three keys factors to enhance earnings. Developed country speciality economy cooperate organize, transferred work force and spread earnings origin were all the effective methods.5. Quickened the small town development was the fundamentality approach to enhance earnings of Shanxi province framer. And progressed dominance of town, programmed with reason, and other efficient methods mentioned before should be done to get our aim.6. Reduce different in farmers and in towns step by step was necessary to agriculture development and enhanced earnings. So innovate support poverty method, exerted policy effect, increase transferred and payment consideration, searched out efficient ditch and methods on increasing earnings were all important to enhance earnings stability.
