Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Farmers’ Professional Co-operatives In Shanxi Province

Abstract:Shanxi Province is located in the mid-latitude continental climate zone and has a temperate, warm temperate climate. Shanxi Province is located in the Loess Plateau, and has various kinds of terrain which are hills, basin, and plain. Shanxi Province has four distinct seasons and temperature here varies between different places. Precipitation here is highly centralized, too. Such climatic condition has a favorable effect on the agricultural production, such as abundant energy resources, great photosynthetic potential; the same rainy and warm season, highly efficiency of water and heat; great temperature difference between day and night, highly efficiency of accumulated temperature, which is suitable for various kinds of crop to grow, such as autumn grain crop. With distinctive regional characteristics in Shanxi Province, specialized farmer cooperatives have been born and grown rapidly one by one with support and encouragement of policy. Based on this background, this thesis chose the subject which is the development of specialized farmer cooperatives in Shanxi Province. By studying the specialized farmer cooperatives in Shanxi Province, this thesis drawn forth the research on specialized farmer cooperatives which are founded by student village official in order to make first exploration about the development of specialized farmer cooperatives which is founded by student village official in Shanxi Province and even the whole country. By founding specialized farmer cooperatives, student village official can concentrated in the job of farmers, which can promote the credibility and make student village official easily accepted by farmers. In this way, harmonious relationship between carders and the masses can be easily formed, which is helpful to the stabilization of student village cooperatives team, increasing farmer income and intimate relationship between carders an the masses. At the same time, the foundation of specialized farmer cooperatives bring more energy to the construction of rural area and the economic development of rural area has been carried out on the development of industries, which bring about a prospect of multi-win.The college student village official is a special group. The farmer specialized cooperative is a special corporation. The farmer specialized cooperative, a special main market, is a new thing, which is established by the college student village official, a group of people who have special status. At the beginning the theoretocal literature that researchers can refer to is limited. Facing the farmer specialized cooperative, it is need a lot time to collect data, field visits and summarize. And this form of cooperatives in Shanxi province is just beginning to run and the development also has just started all over the country. The cooperatives founded by many college students are in embryo. The difficulties are that lack of study condition, limited practical reference and little typical operation success.Among numerous literature, there is many research literature of farmer cooperatives in wide aspects. But most of these researches are about the whole big industry professional farmer cooperatives rather than a particular group of farmer cooperatives. This paper analyzes the develop situations, processes, characteristics of specialized farmer cooperatives founded by college student village official in Shanxi Province using PEST method. This paper analyzes he backgrounds, development situation, constraints factors, operating modes of the cooperatives in Jincheng, Taiyuan and Changzhi and provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for them. This paper can also provide suggestions for other local college Village founder of the professional development from farmer cooperatives reference, and provide decision-making reference for government agricultural policy-making departments. The aims of this paper are to make the creation of agricultural cooperatives Student Village standardized development, enterprise operations, social services, institutional management, give full play to the Student Village farmer cooperatives in rural stability, agricultural development, enrich income of farmers in the process of an active role in rural economic development model and rural economy. We are striving to build the rural area of our country into a new socialist ecologic countryside which has a beautiful environment, democratic management, developing economy and civilized village spirit.
