At present, facing the intense market competition, Gansu mobile (full title for Gansu mobile communication Co., Ltd.) faces to various challenges, especially the competition in the popularization of 3G with Gansu Telecom. So we can carry on profound analysis with the development strategy of Gansu Mobile from the macroscopic and microcosmic. It is essential for Gansu Mobile that has developed into such a certain scale nowadays.The key parts of this thesis are the third, four, five chapters. The thesis carries on scientific analysis in the internal and external environments of Gansu Mobile, quantizes various kinds of influence factors, and then proposes the suitable total strategy and strategic objective of Gansu Mobile.At first, the author introduces the simple current situation and developing process of Gansu Mobile, and elaborates changes and effect of the strategy of Gansu Mobele. Thus the author draws out things relating with the strategy of Gansu Mobile. Secondly, The author classifies the factors of internal and external environments of Gansu Mobile, carries on quantitative analysis, and draws the advantages and disadvantages of Gansu Mobile and the chances and threats that Gansu Mobile faces at present, and carries on the comparison with the average level.The fifth chapter of the thesis elaborates the enterprise mission of Gansu Mobile, and proposes qualitative goals and the quota goals of Gansu Mobile in the future several years. On this basis, combining the analysis in competitiveness of industry, etc., the author utilizes relevant theories of strategic management and the theories of strategy choice to confirm the total strategy of Gansu Mobile -- strategy of relevant pluralism of leading factor and competitive strategy– strategy of centralization.The thesis carries on certain discussion to the implementation of Gansu Mobile's strategy, and puts forward the concrete tactics of strategy implementation. Meanwhile, the author makes the discussion of certain depth to the relevant problem of strategy implementation, which expresses the author's own views.This research is passed to the wise multianalysis of the management strategy of Gansu mobile communication Co., Ltd. Promote the management levels of enterprises effectively, improve enterprise's economic benefits. Meanwhile , offer helpful exploration for the management strategy of trade at home too.
