The rural credit cooperative is the main force of the rural financial system. But, because it didn't has a clearly established ownership, its virtue hasn't been brought into play. After the reform and opening, the rural credit cooperative has carried on a series of reform, such as improving the managerial system of the credit funds, resuming the characters of the rural credit cooperative, and being divorced from the agriculture bank of china, but those reforms haven't work. That is to say, the rural credit cooperative has neither established a clear ownership, nor embody the tenet and character of corporative finance.In 2003, the state department issued " the project of making experiments for the reform of the rural credit cooperatives", which set the principles of reform, it mainly aimed at establishing a clear ownership and serving for the rural economic. During the reform, Yinzhou rural credit cooperative has succeeded, and till 2003, it has been commended as a good mode of reform in china. In order to finding out the experience and the use for reference of reform in other developed area, penman choosed Yinzhou rural credit cooperative as a successful case, analyzed the course of the reform all-sided, and demonstrated the rationality and validity of Yinzhou mode in a special area.During the analysis, I appraised the institutional performance of Yinzhou cooperative bank: first, as a rural cooperative organization, we looked at all aspects of its efficacy in promoting regional economic development; second, as a financial organization, we explained that cooperative financial organization need to improve its...
