In august 2001, China Securities Regulatory Committee issued "Direction Opinion on Establish Independent Director System in Listed Corporations" . There is an especial article about accounting independent director in the opinion. This article lays stress on accounting independent director and shows its importance. But at present, there is few study about accounting independent director.
