Studying the problems existing in enterprise financial risk pre-alarming and protection from the perspective of enterprise risk management is very meaningful in terms of both the research and the industry practice. It will provide insightful ideas on how to build and optimize the modern enterprise system and how to help enterprises to develop and thrive, and eventually accelerate the national economy's sustainable and healthy development.By adopting the ideas in the system control theory and utilizing system analysis and decision analysis approaches, this paper proposes the system analysis model to study enterprise financial risk pre-alarming and protection, based on the latest national and international developments in the area of enterprise financial risk protection. This model consists of the analysis of enterprise financial risk generation and transfer, the study of financial risk pre-alarming, and the analysis of all the components in the risk protection infrastructure.
