This article focuses on the development strategy of Jinan Huitong Environment Company that as a company devote the service of technology,With the world environment more and more exasperate.It is devided into five main parts. This paper started from the status of whole world environment, which analyzed the opportunities and threatens of Huitong Company and analyzed the actuality of the company, its' status and the main problem it faced now. Then, this paper analyzed the exterior environment of Huitong Company, especially the main competitor, the exterior environment opportunities and threatens. This paper also analyzed the interior resources advantages and disadvantages, and the core competence of Huitong Company. On the basis of these analyses, it formed the value chain, this paper summed up the developing strategy of Huitong Company, which give the developmental process that Low-Cost strategy,Difference strategy.Creative strategy. At last, this paper educed some revelations and brought forward some advices. It suggested that Huitong Company should actualize technology innovation strategy.This paper used the analyzing tools such as PEST & SWOT, value chain and Michael. E. Poter's five-forces model, etc. Especially, it described detailed how to augment the core competition of corporation and reinforce construction of firm culture.
