Higher salesperson's turnover causes great pressure to pharmacy enterprises. How to retain and motivate talent is an essential issue of human resource management in pharmacy companies. This text proposes the strategy on controlling the salesperson's turnover in pharmacy companies through the study of salesperson's turnover of K pharmacy Co.. Other enterprises also can learn a lot from this text.This text analyzed the status quo of pharmacy industry and salesperson; diagnosed main influential factors resulted in turnover of salesperson from enterprise's perspective, salesperson's perspective, social perspective; parsed some issues like recruitment, training as well as motivation system about salesperson by means of interview and questionnaire. This text, combined with relevant motivation theories, put forward advice on constructing recruitment, training, effective motivation system and career development programs etc. about salesperson. To some extent, it can be a guidance on how to promote salesperson's loyalty and satisfaction. Aiming at the problems of salary management and assessment of performance in K pharmacy Co., this text suggest that K pharmacy Co. integrates salary and performance under the rate of sales to shape pay fairness and motivation. Through holistic analysis, established reasonable performance indices, solved some problems, such as single performance index can not examine salesperson, therefore reduce the possibility of salesperson' turnover according to actual state of K pharmacy Co.. Simultaneously, set up alarming index based on brain drain, established alarming system of brain drain, enforced management of regulations on employees' resignation.Through this text, we can know some common issues in salesperson's management and some relevant solutions on it and learn some practical skills of marketing management. This text has a stated practical significance.
