With the development of society and economy,the retail industry occupies a pivotal position in the national economy,among which supermarket retail does not only create a lot of jobs for the community,but also brings a great deal of convenience for consumers.We can say that the development of supermarket retail is closely relatedto people's daily life.With the rapid development of enterprises,the problem of employees' high turnover rate of Wal-Mart supermarket(hereinafter referred to as WM supermarket)has become increasingly prominent.The turnover rate of WM has crossed the red cordon and the high turnover rate has greatly affected the normal business activities and healthy and sustainable development of the enterprises.Therefore,the study of turnover tendency of the current employees of WM plays a vital role to solve this problem..Taking urrent employees as research object,this paper analyzes the characteristics of WM staff.In this paper,employees from 4 stores of WM supermarket have been taken as the research objects.Through the forms of questionnaire survey and staff interview the reasons of the turnover tendency of employees are analyzedand combining with the actual situation of the supermarket,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward,whichwill improve and enhance the level of human resources management for WM and other supermarket retail enterprises,and provide a useful reference for the predictable control of employee turnover rate.First of all,a specific retail industry like the large-scale supermarket chain is selected,four stores of WM supermarkets in Shenyang chosen as study objects.By referring to a large number of relevant literature and materials both at home and abroad,factors affecting the turnover tendency of employees are sorted out and questionnaire fitting for turnover tendency of supermarket employees is designed.Secondly,through empirical and normative research,the status of WM supermarket employees' turnover tendency isknown.Meanwhile,through statistics,analysis and summary,the influencing factorsof employees' turnover tendency are further revealed,which are elaborated from the external factors,the enterprise's own factors and the employees' personal factors.Finally,proper suggestions are provided for WM daily management work,and effective strategies to prevent employees' high turnover rate are put forward too.Furthermore,a set of reasonable analysis method and theoretical basis are given to other supermarket enterprisesto develop scientific and rational human resources management strategies,to effectively improve the level of enterprise management,and to reduce the turnover rate of employees.
