Xi'an KangDi Technology Ltd. Development Strategy Research

Strategy is very important to large companies, but for the small or medium size companies, it is also rather critical. Nowadays in china, the small and medium size companies such as Xi'anKangDi company (Xi'anKangDi for short thereafter) are becoming the new economic growth point step by step, especy high tech enterprises also the main solve for employment. They are playing an important role in the national economic .since we have joined in the WTO, with the fierce competition environment, Xi'anKangDi must make effective and appropriate development strategies to realize fast and healthy development. Therefore, this thesis was write based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the Xi'anKangDi company, analyzed and verified its strategy making, at the same time, I have proposed my own point of view about strategy implementation measures.This thesis was divided into six chapters, chapterl is the background introduction of the Xi'anKangDi company and the industry they are operating in, also it is the lead-in of this issue, that is: meanings and uses of the strategy for the Xi'anKangDi company. Chapter 2 is some detail introduction of the external environment the Xi'anKangDi faces, with in-depth analysis, find out the critical issues influence the development, which are some existing opportunities and threats the company faces. The third chapter is the analysis of internal environment, through precisely and objectively analysis to make sure the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment, these materials are offered as the evidence for development strategy and implement strategy making in the following steps. Chapter four have made proper development strategy on the basis of SWTO analysis, the conclusion is that they should adopt intensive & differentiation development strategy, at the same time; I have divided the overall strategy into proper functional strategies. Chapter five poses the implementation plan respectively according to their overall strategy and functional strategy .Research have been carried out in the fields of production\ human resource \R&D and marketing .The emphasis was put on the harmonious development among human resource R&D and marketing, also have posed corresponding solve measures. For the effectively implementation of the strategy, in chapter 6,1 have made strategy control frame and implementation details correspond to the strategy having been proposed.
