A Research On The Influences Of Policy Supporting To The Small Sized High-tech Enterprises In Jiangxi Province

The small sized high-tech enterprises in new growth point of China's national economy have played an important part in China's economy. As to that in China, The small sized high-tech enterprises are mushrooming in recent years, becoming dominant and playing a remarkable role in the national economy and development of the society, while the development of these enterprises are restrained for the limitation of policies, systems and circumstances and so on, this made the sustainability of the development the key problem in these enterprises.Jiangxi the small sized high-tech enterprises are gathered in the medium range of the country such as the total number of enterprises, scale, investment, human resources, etc. Compared with other areas, the small sized high-tech enterprises enjoy preferential policies in Jiangxi, However, the development of these enterprises are also restrained for a variety of factors inevitable problems.In this thesis, we used empirical analysis and found that the policy supporting system played an important role in the development of the small sized high-tech enterprises in Jiangxi, combined with the fact of Jiangxi, the paper put forwards suggestions which are adept to the development of the small sized high-tech enterprises in Jiangxi. Through the study, we hope it will play an important role in boosting the development of the small sized high-tech enterprises in Jiangxi.There are five chapters in this article, with main contents individually as follows:Chapter One general description for the background and significance of this research, and this can be viewed from the socio-economic efficiency and social welfare policies the impact of the small sized high-tech enterprises.Chapter Two defines the concept; describe briefly the meaning of high-tech enterprises at home and abroad and our definition of small businesses, according to whichever is the intersection of the small sized high-tech enterprises. And also, the characteristics of the small sized high-tech enterprises are introduced.Chapter Three analyzes the policy environment in the development of the small sized high-tech enterprises in Jiangxi. Through the analysis for the problems of uncertain property, we find the main problem is the existence of funds, human resources, management, etc.Also we make the overall evaluation about the outside environment.Chapter Four Summarizes the current monetary policy, fiscal policy, tax policy, entrepreneurship policy, technical support policy, legal policy, and make a statistical description of policy supporting system and the performance satisfaction. At last we used empirical analysis and found that the policy supporting system played an important role in the development of the small sized high-tech enterprises.Chapter Five makes comparisons among some policies at home and aboard, and find out the drawbacks in the current policy of Jiangxi, accordingly makes some good suggestions and solutions to policy supporting system.
