With the rapid development of the modern erterprises, The managerial inspiring mechanism is becoming more and more important. It is of the highest priority for the enterprises to establish a feasible inspiring mechanism for the managers of her subsidiaries,so that the strategies can be realized on the basis of a reasonable inspiring mechanism for the managers and efficiency of own-stated enterprises can be elevated successfully.Based on the developing Strategic Management Theories,Performance Evaluation Theories,Inspiring Theorie and the Lifecycle Theories of the Enterprise,taking the practical result of the magagerial inspiring mechanism of the HTSY Group into consideration,this thesis has made systematic research and expatiation on the HTSY Group,for her subsidiaries.The following deficiencies are pointed out:the unilateral setting of the indicator system,the lack of the strategic target and approach in the indicator level setting,the ignorance of the capital cost,the illogicality of the salary system for the managing agents,the absence of moral inspiration.After the thorough analysis of all the problems mentioned above,the managerial inspiring mechanism is adjusted and redesigned. The performance appraisal inspiring system include the redesign of the whole performance appraisal indicator system and the standard setting for the indicators,based on it ,the salary inspiring system is connected with the design of the basic salary and performance bonus system and execution of reward system.In the mechanism design,all the factors influencing profit are taken into consideration to make the adjustments reasonable and feasible . With the concept of"Option", the managing agents'income is connected with the income of the employees in order to overcome the short-sighted performance.Meanwhile,the implement assurance on the inspiring machanism is also discussed.
