In the process of enterprise development, as the company's business and scale expanding, the difficulty of the management is increasing, which make the Parent company's management necessary. Reasonable control model of the modern enterprises is the key to get a good performance, and it is the objective market competition needs for an enterprises. How to establish a standard control model parent and subsidiary companies, and make a strong competitive advantage in their management systems and institutional in China is the problems which large enterprise groups have to solve in the process of enhance international competitiveness.This paper take Hunan Xiangyan Logistics Group as a case, parent company management and control model as a case, first of all, this was Gordon smoke Logistics Group parent company control of the status quo analysis and sort out its management and control model problem; On this basis, through the impact of parent control mode factors analysis, and comparative analysis of the column through a number of proposed Logistics Group Hunan Xiangyan control model should be operational control changes to the strategic management and control, special industry group to consider and adopt a more centralized "strategic implementation control model."
