With the development of market economy, the competition is becoming more and more keen. It is becoming more and more important to build a steady and efficient channel to a enterprise. Market channel is a bridge which connects both the enterprise and the market. Besides that, it also connects the merchandise and the customers. It is the most important thing to make up a good channel for a enterprise. With the questions of conflict increasing, the enterprise finds that only by catching the power during building the channel, a corporation can control his own fate.As the sole special manufacturer in air conditioner industry, GREE meets a lot of conflict of channel. No matter what is for GREE or other corporation, it has very realistic meaning to research the channel of GREE.The writer divides the conflicts into 3 types. He hopes to find the real reasons of conflicts and resolve them by analyzing 3 conflicts.The writer tries to look for the source of channel conflict by analyzing contending the right of channel and economical benefit between manufacturers and sales.
