| Nowadays, the primary operating systems have got overall informatization after the large-scaled construction from 1980's. The operators will lay their emphasizes concerning informatization on the construction of projects like ERP, which focuses on management informatization. In this paper, our purpose is to plan ERP platform which can give a powerful guarantee for carrying out enterprises' tragedy and improving their competing power.In this paper, we adopt a research method combined with theoretical research and case analysis, which integrate all kinds of scientific means such as management science, opsearch, statistics and software engineering. By using those methods, we summarize the successes and failures during the implement of ERP in Chinese enterprises, and propose the key points of how to carrying out ERP successfully. Simultaneously, we pay more attention to the use value and implementation approach of ERP in order to give some advices to the enterprises. We take advantages of the way which is made up of literature searches and social surveys. Aside from collecting available research findings through literature search, we visit the enterprises and investigate the practical use of ERP and further requirements on ERP, which combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis into mono-case analysis method. From the researching of the methods above, we can draw the conclusion safely.
