Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Resource Combination And New Venture Performance

Resource integration has a positive impact on new venture performance. On theone hand, the demand for resources is different due to the different stages ofenterprise developmen; on the other hand, the enterprises are facing the uncertainty ofexternal environment (such as changes in technology, changes in consumer demand),the original organization of resources development mode can’t meet the required ofthe current market development, so enterprises need the effective integration ofresources to form a new ability to solve the problems faced by enterprises. Based onthe successful entrepreneurial enterprises survey, we can find that these companieshave tended to focus on the optimization of resource use and control of resources, notcovet has completely static resources. Only have those valuable and scarce resourceonly can bring sustained competitive advantage and sufficient but not necessary forenterprises to break through the dilemma of resource constraints to enterprise(external uncertain environment, internal organization development etc.) andmaximize the use of the full realization of resources, through the resource integrationof its own is an effective path. However, the existing research in revealing themechanism integration of resources on performance of new ventures is deficient.From the perspective of the decision logic of research on resource integration forthe impact of new ventures. The integration of the relevant research of resource, thestrict distinction between resource management and resource integration concept andconnotation between the two concepts, and at the same time, this article from theinternal organization of similar resources and different resource perspective, theintegration of resources into resource management and resource coupling to studyresources resources integration in the process of poly form and value creation tiedmechanism. Because the enterprise in different scenes of outside influence factors,enterprises will integrate the resources to take the decision logic different, so theeffect inference as a moderating variable will be more clear to help us open theresource integration how to impact on enterprise performance. Then, this study according to the above research and theory related to construct a concept model ofresource integration, effect inference and new venture performance based, and theintegration of resources and new venture performance and effect inference regulationeffect is discussed in detail and reasoning, summarizes9research hypothesizes.Subsequently, this study verifies the related hypotheses and models, and dataanalysis results to be discussed and analyzed. This study explored the specificapplication of this concept effect inference in the Chinese context, the frontierproblems combined with the resource integration which entrepreneurship research, todiscuss the effect of reasoning in resource integration on moderating effects in thenew venture performance. The study found that the resources of cohesion andcoupling force resources on new venture performance is a significant positive effect;positive effect inference on the integration of resources and new venture performancehas a positive regulatory role; but the moderating effect of strategic alliance to causehigher than dimension regulating effect can bear the losses and flexible dimensions.Finally, discuss the results of empirical analysis, pointed out the prospect of thesignificance of the research and problems and put forward the research.
