This article, on the basis of strategic management theories, analyzes the strategies management of Chengdu Xingwang Food Shareholding Company. The Company is one of the state-level key leading enterprises, specializing in a complete industry chain of live pigs' breeding, raising, purchasing, butchering, cutting, freezing processing, canning, chain selling, fine and pork deep processing and in operating agricultural industrialization of primary, secondary and tertiary industries.Starting from outside marketing environment of Xingwang Company, the article discusses the present competition and trend of development in pork product sector, makes an SWOT analysis of inside and outside environment of the company, and investigates the demand of consumers and their procurement. Based on the above operating strategic analysis, strategic methods are then put forward to realize the company's goal and a series of strategic measures for 2005-2010 are explained in detail with a reference of 2010 stage target of the Company, so as to provide a concept and basis for the Company to make decisions and meanwhile to make some practical exploration for the operation of pork product enterprises.This article is helpful for the strategic management of food enterprises both in practice and in theory.
