Study On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Non-profit Organization

As a form of society organization, not-for-profit organizations have played a more and more important role in the development of social economy. It had been thought that the destination of the non-profit organization was supplying for the society, so this objection could be achieved by plunging into monetary resources and mental devotion. However, with the development of the social environment, the competition become more and more fierce, non-profit organization encounters many challenges, so it become very important and necessary to evaluate the financial performance of non-profit organization. Only do this, we can find the problem and raise corresponding ways timely.Therefore, the thesis start with the conception and characteristic of non-profit organization, and draw on the experience of the financial performance evaluation system of profit organization, then start the study of financial performance evaluation of non-profit organization. The thesis can be divided into as follows:The first section is the introduction. In this section, we introduce the reasons and purpose to selection of this subject, then the research achievements home and abroad, and finally the methodology.The second section concerns the theory basis of this thesis. In this section, on the basis of conception of financial performance evaluation and the characteristics of non-profit organization, we know the conception and feature of the financial performance evaluation of non-profit organization, besides, we also introduce some relevant theory, like principal-agency theory and then management theory, and how to draw on the experience of the financial performance evaluation theory of profit organization.The third section concerns construction of financial performance evaluation system of non-profit organization.
