With the rapid development of era and globalization, the environment forenterprise survival is becoming more and more complex, competitions are alsoincreasingly fierce, proposing huge challenges to the survivals and the development ofenterprises. In order to survive and maintain a favorable competitive position in thefierce competition, enterprises gradually begin to seek cooperation with otherenterprises. As a result, the network organization came into been. Indeed, networkorganizations can often achieve significant cooperative effect, high performance, butnot all of the network operations are effective, while efficiency is the focus of all theparties undoubtedly.Through the literature review and theoretical analysis, drew lessons from the idea ofthe Balanced Scorecard, combined with the organization performance evaluationindexes which are representative, so the author evaluate it based on finance, customersand markets, internal process, learning and growth dimensions in thisarticle.Besides,also based on short-term, medium-term and long-term combination ofevaluation indicator system. By the application of this evaluation indicators to makesure the evaluation more scientific and comprehensive.Finally,it cite an empirical casestudy at the end of the thesis.It choses two comparative mature network organizations in Taiyuan as the empiricalexamples in this thesis. Methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis areapplied in the performance evaluation process. Besides, the author discusses it from twoaspects:the evaluation process and the evaluation method.By reliability and validityanalysis by SPSS to ensure the credibility and validity of the questionnaire.Then, usingfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey correlation method to process the data,comparing the output results in longitudinal and transverse perspectives, so as to obtaina correct and reliable evaluation on its performances,and analyzing the possible causeswhich lead to the differences in performance.It is no doubt to draw three conclusions through the empirical research and theanalysis of evaluation, pointing out their deficiencies and where is neededimprovement.Besides,it can provide references for optimization of network organizationas well, so the research really has some practical significance and offers certainguidance in evaluate the performance of similar network organizations.
