Studies On Industrialization Of Potato In Peng Zhou

Peng Zhou is one of potato bases in Si Chuan. The potato industry acts an important role in agriculture of Peng Zhou. How to promote the further development of the potato industry, ahchieve better economic results is one of important researches in relation to the advancement of agriculture economics. In this paper has been made to analyse the situation of potato production, procession and sale in Peng Zhou from the view of scientific and technological industrialization. It points out the existing problems, low-level potato processing, high storage losses., etc. According to these analysises the industrialization of potato are set up. Meanwhile this paper puts forward the solution methods aiming at some problems emerging in the course of the industrialization of potato. At last the author raises seven ways to develop the potato industry in Peng Zhou city.
