Yankuang coal group Lit Co. could derived from yankuang mineral bureau, it was bound on the most of part of yankuang mineral bureau, it have already developed a big energy and chemistry corporation that includes coal industry and non-coal industry, but the position of coal industry in yankuang coal group Lit Co. is a little more important than non-coal industry now. The commercial completion's environment have changed so violent with china joining the WTO , china have melt into the current of the internationalization along with the coming of 21 centuries and the fact of no boundary of country. Yankuang coal group Lit Co. is facing a lot of opportunity and threats equally during the process of international. Using the opportunity in the maxims degree and evading the threats is a strategic problem that faces to the future development, it also decides the yankuang coal group's existence and develop in the vehemence commercial competition environment. So this paper studies the strategy of Yankuang Coal Group Lit Co. on the bases of analyzing domestic and internationally study, The most research work and results of this paper are as follows:(1) First, the this paper has analyzed the problem of itself and it's special competitive advantage based on on- site inspection. This work established the necessarily work of SWOT .(2) The special advantage of Yankuang Coal Group Lit Co. is as follows: ①the most advanced technique of excavating coal; ②its main technique index of syrup gasification stove have exceeded 2-3 percentage points on abroad ones; ③the advantage of its locations; the most problems during it develop are as follows: ①the main industry scale of coal is not so big that can compete on international forum; the overlap is too narrow; ②it also lack the new economic grow point, has not the strategic resources; ③The non-coal industry scale is low, the main product is not outstanding, laces the competition ability; ④there have a big gap on the mechanism of manage, the face of person and so on.
