Abundant coal resources in China,as the world’s great powers,after the construction of the coal industry for 40 years,has established a complete,large industrial system.Coal industry is an important pillar of the national economy, it is China’s traditional industrial base of China’s socialist economic construction and people’s living standards have an important role in promoting.As China’s coal industry is gradually huge coal industry internal and external contradictions become more apparent.Especially in recent years,China’s economic system restructuring,opening deepening global economic integration under the influence of factors such as the development of the coal industry has undergone tremendous changes in the environment,China’s coal enterprises have to face increasingly tough competition in the international market,gradually the loss of a number of advantages under the planned economy, the coal companies transition from a closed to an open economy is the inevitable trend of development.State-owned coal enterprises relying on a strong resource base funding,not only coal conglomerates and foreign competition,but also the needs and domestic private and township coal companies to compete.Face competition from a number of different aspects of the challenge,the coal enterprises to adapt to the changing development environment,how to make rational and efficient management, how to develop appropriate business development strategies based on competitive market environment,which became related to the survival of a large coal enterprises problems.Strategy-oriented enterprise strategy management has become a mainstream management. A clear demonstration of the company’s strategy is adequate management of lights,is to obtain a competitive advantage maps,on the contrary,the lack of effective corporate strategies difficult to reach the pinnacle of the industry level. As a large state-owned enterprises,Hong Liulin Shaanxi Coal Mining Company Limited( hereinafter referred to as Hong Liulin mining companies) should be developed as soon as possible a strategy consistent with its own law of development,improve and enhance core competitiveness,so as to develop business faster and better looking good direction.Shaanxi Coal Mining Company Limited is a Hong Liulin large state-owned coal mining enterprises,complex organizational structures,a diversified business portfolio,large-scale industrial enterprises are to develop, implement development strategies work difficult.
