During the past 20 years, great development has been achieved in the car industry of China. But for the moment, there are still some problems with the car industry. The crucial problem is that there is not a big original brand cars company with a world level in our country. It is really important for the economic development of our country to try to improve the international competitive competence of original brand car and solve the problem occurred during the developing process. As a result, we provide the relevant strategy to the problem of developing our original brand car. The thesis analyzed the reason and actuality of developing our original brand car, then chose Chery and SAIC as the practical cases to study. After this, provide some successful practice of the development of Japan and Korean car industry. Finally, give some advice on how to develop Chinese original brand cars in 4 levels, those include: First, for the government level: 1.Enact law and policy on encouraging enterprises to enhance technical innovation; 2. Reform the economical system and help enterprises to merge together; 3. Strengthen guiding the development of the car industry and improve the level of the technique and law. Second, for the industry level: 1.Promote communication in the innovation technique and give some advice on how to protect the patent right; 2.Set up the service for the communication and training of person with ability; 3. Quicken establishing the normal standard of the car industry and give the enterprises some guidance on how to using this standard. Third, for the enterprises level: 1.Establish the strategy of developing the independent products; 2.Strenghen the investment in developing the independent products; 3.Market the original brand cars to other countries actively; 4.Make great efforts to improve the image of the original brand cars. Fourth, for the consumers level: 1.Change the concept of consumption and treat the original brand cars as good products again; 2.Stenghten loving our country and our original brand cars; 3. As a leader, the government should buy our original cars firstly. During the course of study, the case study method and the comparing study method are used in this article to pursue scientific and precise studies.
